Terms and conditions
Tenants and visitors are responsible for their own personal property. We accept no responsibility for injury sustained or loss or damage to any property brought into the premises.
Where car parking is provided, use of this is entirely at Tenants’ own risk.
Only persons listed on the booking form shall use the premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All properties may be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
A damage deposit of £100 is held for each letting and is refundable in full within 14 days of departure.
It is the Tenants’ responsibility to maintain and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival. We reserve the right to withhold part of the damage deposit towards extra cleaning costs where a property has not been left in a reasonable condition.
Tenants’ liability is not limited to the £100.00 damage deposit against damages/breakages.
In the event of a property being no longer available, we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative or full refund. The tenant shall have no further claim against the owner or agent.
Whilst every effort has been made to describe as fully as possible the property in question, we cannot accept any responsibility for any changes an Owner may have made that we were not made aware of.
All details in the brochure and website are given in good faith and believed to be correct, but accuracy is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for any disappointment caused where a customer has differing expectation than those detailed in the description.
We cannot accept responsibility for work taking place outside the boundary of the property nor for any noise or nuisance arising from works over which we have no control.
We cannot accept liability for events that occur outside our control, such as normal breakdown of appliances, plumbing, wiring and damage caused from exceptional weather conditions. We will endeavour to take immediate action to try to effect a speedy solution.
In the event of there being cause for complaint, the matter should be taken up with us immediately. Compensation cannot be granted for complaints made after the holiday has ended when the guest has denied us the opportunity to investigate and endeavour to put things right during tenancy.
We reserve the right to access the properties at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy
These booking conditions will apply to all confirmed bookings.
No smoking in all properties.
We do not accept pets
A deposit of 1/3rd of the tariff is required to secure bookings. with the balance to be paid FOUR WEEKS prior to arrival .
Cheques made payable to MRS A READ or payment made through paypal . Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 DAYS awaiting Deposit
We strongly advise you to take out a holidays cancellation insurance policy. as deposits are non refundable . In no circumstances can we make concessions if a booking is cancelled . and the accommodayion is not relet. the balance will have to be paid in FULL.
