The Victoria Inn
A short drive from Carbis Bay, Perranuthnoe is an unspoilt Cornish coastal village approximately
5 miles east of Penzance and 10 miles south of St. Ives.
The food philosophy of The Victoria Inn is simple; buy quality, local ingredients and cook them in a way that allows their natural flavours to come through. Stew does the cooking, and having trained with the likes of Raymond Blanc and Michael Caines, has achieved recognition in all the major food guides every year since 1998.
Reputed to be one of the oldest inns in Cornwall, the bar retains the ‘country pub’ feeling with a wood burning fire, soft lighting and cosy corners. Food is served in the bar, the restaurant and the garden.
The Bean Inn
A popular choice with both tourist and locals, The Bean Inn is proud of its reputation as being 'Something of an institution on the Cornish Scene' (Cornwall Today 2009), offering diners in West Cornwall a 'gourmet vegetarian experience' (The Cornishman, 2009). The Bean Inn is also listed as one of Britains top 10 vegetarian restaurants (Times Online and Channel4.com).
